PreGASS®-2700 ammonia removal pretreatment system is suitable for continuous monitoring system of flue gas (CEMS). It can effectively remove ammonia from flue gas. The removal efficiency can reach about 98% when the flue gas contains 100 PPM ammonia concentration and 5 LPM flow rate, without affecting the target gases to be measured, such as SO2, NOx, O2, CO and CO2. The system only removes ammonia from flue gas, avoids the absorption loss of low concentration of SO2 by ammonium salt crystallization, and ma

Working principle
PreGASS®-2700 ammonia removal pretreatment system uses a unique solid ammonia removal medium to remove ammonia from flue gas and prevent ammonium salt crystallization from clogging sampling pipelines or damaging analyzer. The principle of ammonia removal is based on the chemical reaction of ammonia and phosphoric acid to form ammonium phosphate. In the process of ammonia removal, ammonium phosphate is formed and deposited on the bottom medium or inside the ammonia deaminator, and selectively only ammonia is removed without affecting other gas components to be measured.
PreGASS®-2700 ammonia removal pretreatment system is easy to install and operate. Efficient ammonia removal efficiency ensures the operation stability and measurement accuracy of CEMS system.
The temperature of PreGASS®-2700 ammonia removal pretreatment system is controlled by programmable logic controller, which monitors and displays the time used by the ammonia removal device, prompts the user to replace it in time, and realizes the functions of remote data transmission, operation and display through RS485 communication interface, so as to facilitate the remote control of the system.
