On December 9-11, 2021, the 14th China Online Analytical Instrument Application and Development International Forum and Exhibition (CIOAE 2021) was grandly held at the Nanjing International Exhibition Center. PreGASS-3500 portable ammonia analyzer
PreGASS-3500 portable ammonia escape analyzer is a high-end monitoring instrument that can quickly detect the concentration of ammonia escape generated or emitted in the production process. It can be used for process control and environmental monitoring in industries such as steel, cement, power, and coking. Using tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology, a wavelength tunable laser is used to scan the absorption spectrum of ammonia gas within a certain range. The concentration information of the tested gas is obtained by detecting the changes in spectral intensity after absorption by the flue gas. TDLAS technology has the advantages of fast response speed, high resolution, high sensitivity, and no interference from other gas components, and has been widely used in the field of gas analysis.
PreGASS-35 portable flue gas pretreatment system
The PreGASS 35 portable pre-treatment system adopts gaseous dehumidification and drying tube technology, which does not require any external backflushing gas source, and can process ultra-low emission flue gas with high humidity and low S02, without any condensation water precipitation during the dehydration process. The system is lightweight and sturdy, with a net weight of 11.5kg, making it easy to carry and use. It can operate within the temperature range of -10 ℃ to 45 ℃ in the environment. This portable pretreatment system can be matched with mainstream portable non dispersed infrared and electrochemical analyzers in the market, and can solve the problem of SO2 loss or even undetectable caused by condensate precipitation.
