Solution and Application

1. Based on customer needs, we propose an "online monitoring and precise management overall consultation" service for customers, which includes: full site investigation services, key production process "four simultaneities" diagnostic services, third-party service supervision and assessment, and customized professional knowledge training services.

2. Based on the on-site site investigation, many rectification suggestions have been proposed regarding the standardization of CEMS installation and the performance of third-party service units; Based on the analysis of CEMS operation, some points have the following situations.

Based on a detailed analysis of the above situation, it was found that the main cause of the problem is the influence of ammonia and moisture in the exhaust gas; To this end, we propose to the customer a solution of installing a pre treatment system for ammonia removal and dehumidification at the original position of the probe.


3. After the customer adopted the above suggestions, the PreGASS2500+PreGASS9500 ammonia removal and dehumidification pre-treatment system was installed at the relevant problem locations, and the effect was significant, fully meeting the HJ75/76-2017 standard. The actual effect is as follows:
